Mail us your device along with contact information, return mailing address and a description of the problems you are experiencing. If you don’t have your original computer box, don’t panic. Use a plain cardboard box with bubble wrap or peanuts as padding.

We Diagnose

We will run a full battery of diagnostics that match your indicated problems and you will typically receive the computer repair diagnosis and a complete written repair estimate via email within 24 hours.

We Repair & Return

Approved repairs are typically completed within 3 to 5 working days and your “good-as-new” computer is promptly shipped back to you. You enjoy an updated and fully functioning repaired computer for less than the price of a new computer.

It’s hard to find good tech help, so we started a mail-in repair service. If your computer has a virus, or your laptop has a broken screen, motherboard, or DC power jack, or your gaming console doesn’t turn on or no longer works, or if your music producer’s or DJ’s equipment doesn’t work or is liquid damaged, don’t waste money on a new one. Send it to us instead. Other places may charge more than the computer is worth or say it can’t be fixed, but we’ll fix it for less than getting a new one.

The Process after you fill out the form:

Send your device to the address provided below. You will automatically receive a ticket number via text / email after you finish filling out the form. We will call / text / email you with a diagnostic/estimate before proceeding with the repair, and you do not pay until the service is complete. We will send the invoice to your email to pay with a card or PayPal, once the invoice is paid we will mail your device back.
