Guarantee Policy

At NaxterTech we do not charge your credit card until the work has been completed by our remote PC repair technician. In addition, your payment information is not collected until you are satisfied with the work completed by the NaxterTech technician. Once your computer has been repaired there is a 7 day guarantee on the work that was completed. If your original problem returns you may contact us within seven days and we will look at your PC and attempt to fix the original problem. If you feel that you simply want a refund then we will refund your original charge to you any time within the seven day period. If more than 7 days has lapsed since your original computer repair we will still review your concerns and make the appropriate judgment. The key thing to remember is that we are extremely fair and honest at NaxterTech and that means making sure you are happy with your PC repair experience.

Virus and Malware Policy

If the original work was a virus or malware removal and the same virus returns within seven days we will remove the virus again at no additional charge. Since there are 3000 new viruses that come out on a daily basis there are rare instances where the virus will reappear in one to two days because there was a hidden file left by the malware on the PC. If a new virus is contracted during the seven day period there will be a new virus removal cost if you elect to have us remove the malware. Regardless of what the situation is, we are fair and honest at NaxterTech and will make sure our customer’s are happy with their online computer repair experience. Since every case is different we will assess the situation based on the data and the concerns of the customer and make sure a fair resolution is reached regardless of the seven day guarantee.

If your original problem returns you may contact us within seven days and we will look at your PC and attempt to fix the original problem. If you feel that you simply want a refund then we will refund your original charge to you any time within the seven day period no questions asked. You will never have to contact your credit card company to dispute a charge. Simply contact NaxterTech and we will promptly refund you your original charge.
